RaMMicHaeL, YOU'RE da man!!! A million thanks! Works perfect with my Win7 x64. Over time I've moved between taskix, taskbar shuffle and now taskbar tweaker! LOL.

RaMMicHaeL, that's excellent!

Just one suggestion. Could you make it so that when grouping is enabled, left-click doesn't open the previews but immediatly brings the instance that was last focused to the forground. Further left-clicks would then cycle through the instances of the program.

thx!

Thanks also RaMM! Works fine so far under Windows 7 RTM x64. Do you have a donation link anywhere?

Thanks a lot! I just tested and the cycling is working fine. But I found one more thing that isn't as expected: middle-clicking on a group of icons will popup the previews instead of closing all windows (when set to close window).

If you could change this, your tool would be absolutely perfect. Also looking for donation link...

I don't think allowing to close the whole group in a single click is a good idea. When you middle click on a group and get the previews window, you can middle click on a preview to close it's window.

And if you want to close the whole group, you can use the right click menu - the option exists in both the jump list and the classic right click menu.

I think it would be a good idea. ;)

You're right though, how it is now is definately better than the default 'open new' action, which doesn't make any sense at all IMO, but I still would be happy about an option to close all.
