Of the options currently available, I choose:

(1) Group Similar Taskbar Buttons

BUT

(2) Never Collapse Into Single Group

This is because:

(1) I want to flick from one to the next with one mouse click rather than two or three.

(2) I like to see at a glance whether unnecessary applications may be eating up resources.

However, there are certain Applications that I'd be happy to collapse.

(eg Windows Explorer Folders, or multiple Photos)

Would it be posible to have an option:

(1) Group Similar Taskbar Buttons

BUT

(2) Never Collapse Into Single Group

EXCEPT

(3) User Selectable (maybe linked to Windows File Type .dll /.reg etc)
